Cinacalcet 30 mg tablets are used to treat high parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels, specifically in adults with secondary hyperparathyroidism (due to chronic kidney disease on dialysis), primary hyperparathyroidism, or parathyroid carcinoma. It acts as a calcimimetic, reducing calcium, phosphorus, and PTH levels in the blood.
